Is it ethical to restrict Wildlives within political boundary?

The fence in the picture separates Tibet and Nepal. What about its impact in the movement of wildanimals?

You initiated a very good discussion. It is not ethical at all. National governments should formulate a plan so that boundaries will exist for humans only and not for wild animals. Actually, this may be the only way that these wild animals may be saved from extinction. Wild animals need large dwelling area, but human have encroached their territory. If large continuous sanctuaries and reserves can be managed between countries, we really can have some hope.

This fencing is done by the TIbetan side across the northern part of Lo manthang. There is no reaction, so far as I know from Nepalese government. This is really sad.
